Best Seraphim

I don't really understand how everything works or even how to access everything. I need help getting a good offline Seraphim for now until I get faster internet for online play. I would like for the build to work well in online mode as well.

Can anyone straight out tell me: PS3 Seraphim

The best god to have?

The best armor to use?
Best rune(s) to add?

The best weapon to use?
Best rune(s) to add?

The best combat arts to use?

The best character skills to use?

The best distribution of character attributes?

And if theres another aspect i'm forgetting please tell me the best of that to use.

The final skill choice is up to you. My suggestion would be Combat Discipline, Toughness or Celestial Magic Focus... but even Bargaining, Combat Reflexes or Revered Technology Lore are good choices as well.

It doesn't seem that hard to work. It's a caster build, so intelligence + stamina based. The focus is on the energy shield, so constitution is not needed.


After playing HE for so long, I was in desperate need of a hack and slash character...


otherwise I probably would have given the celestial technobabe a try myself.

Sariel: Invincible Flying Tankmage Thong Princess!


^^ there's already a great guide for it, so I have very little to add... except that I would choose Enhanced Perception instead of Exalted Warrior Focus. The EW aspect uses the strength attribute, while you'll be investing in intelligence, so in the long run it doesn't make sense imo.

Invincible Seraphim

That build leaves out what you should do with your Attribute Points.
What the third Assailing Somersault modification should be.
What the second and third Hallowed Restoration modifications should be.
Also, there are a few arguments about the build design that make me doubt it.

The idea of being immortal is based on a bug in damage mitigation which prevents it from being scaled down to stay always below 100%.

So all you have to do is reach 100% damage mitigation in all damage types and use an energy shield to cover life leech attacks.

Damage mitigation can be found on shield, shoulders and torso. A seraphim has also a set wing, which makes it most easy for her. Also there are unique jewelry with damage mitigation. Toughness skill adds a bit too.

For a seraphim you should be able to reach 100% damage mitigation around level 120.

Before you have 100% damage mitigation and ignoring life leech, you can consider damage mitigation as a sort of virtual hitpoints.
If mitigation lowers damage by 50% you ca ntake twice the hits and it is same as if you have double hitpoints, if it lowers by 75% it is like 4 times the hitpoints, 80% 5 times, 90% 10 times, ....

A TG can do 100% damage mitigation with this grapping attack for a short while. But he can only keep 100% mitigation as long he has targets for the attack and isn't stunned.
