Dear Poster,

the forum has been restructured, to make life a little easier.
So has the Technical Support section. The following information is important and is designed to solve most mainstream problems as well as provide you with a short guide on the do's and don'ts of addressing problems:

GENERAL TIPS
  • Make sure you have the latest drivers installed
  • Make sure you do not have any 3rd party applications running in the background
  • Virtual CDROM drives that bypass copy protection systems are ILLEGAL, deinstall them if you experience CD authentication difficulties
  • A Windows SWAP file should always be twice the size of available RAM
  • F1 is HELP... its your FRIEND... use it ^^
  • There is a manual for this game that answers most technical issues and explains how to create DXDIAG files
  • If your questions are still not answered, feel free to ask your questions in a sensible manner here

  • Quest problems can be sent to the above given mail address. It helps if you give a detailed explanation of your problem and attach the affected savegame
  • If you experience technical difficulties PLEASE PROVIDE A DXDIAG, it saves you time and us as well
  • Not every mail can be answered within 20 seconds of you sending it, please allow at least 2 full "WORK" days for the customer support to address your issue
