So has the Technical Support section. The following information is important and is designed to solve most mainstream problems as well as provide you with a short guide on the do's and don'ts of addressing problems:
GENERAL TIPS- Make sure you have the latest drivers installed
- Make sure you do not have any 3rd party applications running in the background
- Virtual CDROM drives that bypass copy protection systems are ILLEGAL, deinstall them if you experience CD authentication difficulties
- A Windows SWAP file should always be twice the size of available RAM
- F1 is HELP... its your FRIEND... use it ^^
- There is a manual for this game that answers most technical issues and explains how to create DXDIAG files
- If your questions are still not answered, feel free to ask your questions in a sensible manner here
